FCA (Free Carrier) is an ICC Incoterm where the seller delivers goods cleared for export to the carrier nominated by the buyer at an agreed place. The seller bears costs and risks until delivery to the carrier. From that point, the buyer is responsible for international freight, insurance, import clearance, and inland transport. It is one of the most flexible and widely used Incoterms, applicable to any mode of transport.
