An Incoterm where the seller makes goods available at their premises, with no responsibility for transport or export clearance.
EXW (Ex Works) is the Incoterm imposing the least obligation on the seller. The seller only needs to make goods available at their premises. The buyer assumes all costs and risks from that point: loading, inland transport, export clearance, international freight, insurance, import clearance, and final delivery.
