An Incoterm where the seller assumes all costs and risks of delivering goods to the agreed destination in the importing country, including import clearance and duty payment.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is the Incoterm imposing maximum obligation on the seller. The seller assumes all costs, risks, and procedures to deliver goods to the agreed place in the destination country: transport, insurance, export and import clearance, and payment of all duties and taxes.
