Costs subtracted from customs value: domestic transport, installation, financing interest, etc. Customs valuation in Mexico is governed by the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of GATT (WTO Valuation Agreement) and Articles 64 through 78-C of the Customs Law. There are six valuation methods that must be applied in sequential order.
