Create Spanish-language label with all mandatory elements: name, origin, importer, net content.
Verify all information is truthful, verifiable, and does not mislead consumers.
Affix the label permanently, visually, and legibly to the product before import.
Customs detention, PROFECO fines up to 80,000 UMA, product immobilization until regularization.
