Foreign trade miscellaneous rules are amendment resolutions SAT publishes during the year to update, clarify, or supplement the General Foreign Trade Rules (RGCE). Published in the Official Gazette, they may modify clearance procedures, documentary requirements, official formats, deadlines, and operational criteria. Customs brokers and trade operators must constantly monitor them, as they take effect the day after publication and can directly affect ongoing operations.
