Price per unit of measure of imported goods. Customs valuation in Mexico is governed by the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of GATT (WTO Valuation Agreement) and Articles 64 through 78-C of the Customs Law. There are six valuation methods that must be applied in sequential order.
