Form E2 is the official format established in Annex 1 of Mexico's General Foreign Trade Rules (RGCE) 2025 for filing the Electronic Value Declaration (MVE). It contains structured fields for declaring customs value, valuation method, importer and supplier data, and the associated COVE reference number.
