Import notes and tips

Steel has antidumping measures against China, Korea, India, and other countries. Rebar must comply with NOM-B-6. Stainless steel has variable tariffs. USMCA requires strict steel rules of origin (melted and poured in the region). Mexico applies tariffs up to 25% on steel not meeting rules of origin.
