Salt; sulfur; earths and stone; plaster and cement

Chapter 25 covers salt, sulfur, earths, stones, plasters, lime, cements, and non-metallic mineral materials. Mexico imports cement, marble, granite, gypsum, and other construction materials. Most have low tariffs as industrial raw materials. Some require SEMARNAT permits if from mining operations.
