Oil seeds; industrial plants; straw

Chapter 12 covers oil seeds and oleaginous fruits (soybeans, sunflower, rapeseed, peanuts), seeds for sowing, plants for perfumery or pharmacy, and seaweed. Mexico imports large volumes of soybeans from the U.S. for the oil and animal feed industries. Seeds for sowing have special SNICS regulations on authorized varieties.
