Chapter 06 covers live plants, bulbs, roots, cuttings, cut flowers, and ornamental foliage. Mexico imports large quantities of flowers from Colombia, Ecuador, and the Netherlands. Imports are subject to strict SENASICA phytosanitary regulations to prevent the introduction of pests and plant diseases into national territory.
