Chapter 38 is a residual chapter covering miscellaneous chemical products not classified elsewhere: insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, disinfectants, antifreeze, laboratory reagents, biodiesel, artificial graphite, and activated carbon. Mexico imports significant volumes of agrochemicals, disinfectants, and specialty chemicals.
